Energy Healing
To read a clients energy, I align to source and allow energy to flow through me, to my client. I use my hands to become aware of my clients energy field around their body, I then focus on their Chakra system and offer energy to the main 7 Chakras in the body and allow the energy to flow. I will then balance the systems in the body that are most associated with each given Chakra, such as the lymphatic system, nervous and the organs associated if the Chakra is depleted and needs a boost of energy.

Sacred Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls
Sound is a very powerful healer. It is the life force of creation, ‘in the beginning, there was sound’ Genesis 1.1-4. The vibrational frequencies of crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid and bones of the body, creating a deep relaxation and recalibration down to the molecular structure. The sound it creates resonates throughout the body.
Each crystal bowl is attuned to each individual chakra or energy center and resonates at the correct frequency for the relevant chakra being played. It is a beautiful meditation and clears, unblocks and cleanses any depleted chakras. In turn the sound then heightens and strengthens energy flow where required.
At the end of a sound bath your chakras will be alligned and balanced. Energy can flow freely and you are left feeling rejuvenated, peaceful and lighter.
Sound healing is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, artificial heart valves or cardiac arrhythmias. People with a shunt, a stent or any brain stimulation device.
